~Offering 1000$ off the first month of rent!~ Hi Everyone! My Fiancé and I were living at the Deco and have since found a home. Unfortunately we had to do a lease break and are needing to find someone to take over the remainder of our lease. The lofted apartment is 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, 1376 sq ft, and will be available starting on 10/2/2024. The apartment's top balcony has fantastic views of the sunset and surrounding area, as well as enough space to have a decently sized garden. The lease is at a price of $2320 a month and runs through 4/30/2025. I have attached some photos (please excuse the mess, we are still cleaning up).
