There is a walk out deck with a fully fenced yard and a second deck. There are hook ups for a washer and dryer. The HOA provides trash, watering and mowing of the front yard, and snow removal over 2 inches. The tenant is responsible for all utilities. The owner will allow 2 dogs up to 40 pounds each. There is an additional $300 deposit per pet and an additional $35 monthly charge per pet added to rent. Pets will have to be up to date on their shot records. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. 11-month lease minimum.
