Completely remodeled 1 Bed 1 Bath Apartment only a short walk to the center of down town Hendersonville, NC. Quiet neighbors. Rocking chair front porch. Yard Space. Lawn care included. Electric heat and a/c. Tenant pays all utilities (water and electric). No pets preferred but we will consider one pet just no dogs. All interested must answer some application questions over the phone before we set up a showing. Absolutely no past criminal or eviction history will be considered.
