If you or someone in your household has allergies, you will appreciate the fact that there is no carpet in this home. The eat-in kitchen has a bay window and overlooks the beautiful backyard. The large living room has a wonderful fireplace with gas logs. You will love the large and spacious master bedroom. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. There are two walk-in closets in the master bath. The home comes with a stove, under the cabinet microwave, washer, and dryer for you to use at no additional cost, but we do not warranty them. You will love the large, fully fenced-in backyard with a patio. This is great for entertaining family and friends. The schools are Cordova Elementary, Middle, and High. Please double-check the assignment with Shelby County Schools as this can change. Other schools close to the house are FACS and ECS. The discounted rent on this home is $1,775/month (when paid in advance by the 25th) and the fully-refundable security deposit is $1,975. Most pets are allowed with an extra refundable pet deposit of $400 per pet and a monthly pet fee of $50 per pet. Some breeds of dogs are not allowed.
