This would be perfect for 4 or 5 students sharing the rent. Here's what you get: 1st floor: Newer hardwood floors. Large living room with ceiling fan and LED recessed lights. Large dining room with pass through to the kitchen, with ceiling fan and LED recessed lights Modern kitchen with newer oven, newer fridge, and newer dishwasher. 1 bedroom. 1/2 bath 2nd floor: 4 unique bedrooms. Updated bathroom complete with granite countertop. Outside: Front porch, the entire width of the home. Great for warm weather months. Rear patio. Backyard. All hardwood floors. Upstairs hardwood floors were refinished not that long ago. Laundry is included. As you can see, you get a lot for your money. Walk to about 10 different bars, walk to the movies, Price Chopper, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, Chi nese food, the Pine Hills Library, bowling alley, a park, 3 blocks from bus stop. I've lived in this neighborhood for a total of 27 years. Currently there are college students residing in the apartment. I am a student friendly owner. Details: Available June 1. 1-year lease.
