There's a laundry closet with washer and dryer included (provided as-is). The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and master bath has a walk-in shower. There's a nice, fenced patio off the living room. This is a great home in a very nice, well maintained neighborhood. Rent includes water, sewer, garbage, and grass mowing. Weeding and trimming are the tenant's responsibility. One small dog is possible on a case-by-case basis with additional security deposit and $25 per month in pet rent.

First and last month's rent and a $1,700 security deposit are required upfront.
