Ranch in the Sunland neighborhood. There's a golf course, clubhouse, tennis and pool. Recently refinished hardwood floors and fireplace in the living room. Comes with all appliances, including the washer and dryer (W/D to be repaired at tenant expense). Large L-shaped master bedroom has a 3/4 bath and the 2nd heat pump. Heat pumps provide cost-effective AIR CONDITIONING! Semi attached 2 car garage. Pets considered on a case by case basis, with extra, refundable deposit and monthly pet fee. Must be fixed, adult and friendly. The yard is fenced. Tenant pays all utilities, including a $135 per month for Sunland water (which normally changes in Januarys). HVAC is via 2 heat pumps (low electric bills!), which includes AIR CONDITIONING! We are looking for people with permanent employment,3x rent of verifiable income, good credit, and excellent landlord history. Please check our website for more info: Close to Sunland Golf Course and Country Club, north of downtown Sequim, close to the Strait of Juan de Fuca, and the John Wayne Marina. Application fee is $50 per adult. There is a pet application via (please do this after we start processing your application). We do NOT accept portable applications. We require 1st, last and deposit before move in. "Last month's rent" is 1/2 off! Twice a year garden help is offered. You are expected to mow, water and weed. Also there is a water softener to keep topped up with salt. The heat pumps have an easy to clean filter. Septic system requires care in usage.
