Located in a quiet neighborhood in northeast Fort Collins (near Greenfield & Mulberry), close to Prospect Ponds and the Poudre Trail. Backyard features covered patio, horseshoe pits, large shed, and garden boxes on 0.28 acre lot with plenty of room for yard games. Newer stainless steel appliances. Washer/dryer included. House has air conditioning! Master bedroom includes attached 1/2 bath. This was our home before we moved up to the foothills and we are hoping to see our community impacted positively through this rental. We loved living here and getting to know our neighbors, and it is our heart for renting the house that the tenants would be a blessing to their neighbors! You will love all the people in this neighborhood! With the large yard and central location, the house is great for hosting BBQs, church groups, etc. House is about 10 to 15 minutes to CSU, Old Town, and just about anywhere else in Fort Collins, with convenient access to I-25. Rent is $2,300/mo. Asking for a one-year lease but can be negotiable. First and last month's rent plus security deposit due at signing. Dogs negotiable w/ partially refundable pet deposit and $50/month pet rent. Available for move-in mid August.
