No smoking household. Preferably, no pets. Fully furnished, but can move furnishings out if preferred. Happy to be flexible with lease length, can push move in date up to 12/16 or 12/17 if needed--please inquire for more details. One house, split into three completely separate units--this unit is on the ground floor, accessible from the front entrance. Other current tenants are business professionals who tend to keep to themselves and are very quiet. Owner lives in one of the other two units and is extremely responsive and helpful; he owns a local restaurant and I list it for him. Private entrance, pull in driveway. *Utilities include electricity and town water; these are included as long as monthly electricity does not exceed $75, which only happens with an extremely high amount of usage.
