About This Property

This property is in Wheat Ridge, CO. Our Jefferson County School system is one of the best in Colorado. Wheat Ridge is a quiet suburb of West Denver. Little to no crime at all. We have the best police & fire department in the country. The duplex property is located South across from Lutheran Hospital field. There is also a lake within walking distance where my wife walks our puppy. This is not exactly country life but its not city life either, but a combination of both. This house is in a great location next to highways that will get you anywhere you want fast. Our duplex was built in 1965. I installed new kitchen appliances, flooring, fixed walls and closets. I have noticed other homes that look ghetto, in my opinion, asking for over $3K a month. Your will also find the most decent respectable neighbors you have ever met. I admit eventually I would like to get new kitchen cabinets installed. We do want some decent, classy. people to move in that don't do drugs, or sell drugs, or are ghetto in general. Trust me, you would not at all be disappointed in this duplex property. If you can find a better deal let me know.
