This apartment offers a comfortable living space with a king bed and two queen beds. This beautifully decorated home features a kitchen stocked with all standard cooking utensils, a 50" Smart TV, and high-speed internet for relaxation. An in-unit washer/dryer is also provided for your convenience. An in-unit washer/dryer is available. Pets are welcome with a $300 cleaning fee for cleanup of excessive pet hair. Enjoy super easy access to Over the Rhine, Downtown, Findlay Market, and the Sports Stadiums (walkable to FC Cincinnati!). Major highways I-75 and I-71 are also nearby. Numerous bars, restaurants, and breweries are within a 5-minute drive. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and unauthorized parties may be considered criminal trespassing. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking and lighting anything in the property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah, is not allowed. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at or menacing team members, will result in reservation termination without refund. The property owner retains the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest's actions could harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. A security deposit hold of $300 - $500 is collected via credit/debit card. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace. Smoking indoors incurs a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, or trashed will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee or actual cost to clean. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. Security fees, if incurred due to guest behavior, will be billed at a minimum of $150.
