About This Property

1st floor apartment of a beautiful historic 2 Family located in Price Hill's Incline District. Classic exterior with large covered front porches. The apartment has 3 large rooms, plus kitchen, bathroom, and a separate part of the basement with laundry hookups. The spacious interior features lots of natural light through its many insulated windows and 10 foot ceilings. The restoration of the apartment was completed in 2018. The 8 inch baseboards, 5 panel solid wood doors, and decorative wood trim was refinished. The bathroom was remodeled from floor to ceiling - new flooring, new tub, new tile surround, new vanity, and toilet. Ceiling fans and LED lighting throughout the home. There are faux wood slat blinds throughout. The kitchen was remodeled with new cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliance, and a pantry cabinet. All the rooms are large. The plaster in the home was repaired and painted. New insulated replacement windows were installed. Insulation was installed in the attic and the home was weather sealed. The outside walls were insulated, and new vinyl siding with insulation board and house wrap. The apartment has its own walled off portion of the basement with washer/dryer hookups. The electric service has been upgraded and all the plumbing has been replaced. Central air conditioning and gas forced air heat. There's off street parking for both apartments. There's a dog eared privacy fence around the back yard. Tenant pays for gas and electric. No Pets. We are not able to accept vouchers. No smoking in the apartment. $40 application fee for anyone 18 years old and older.
