If not, here's the deal...you've looked in the Art Museum and Northern Liberties, which are cool, but too far away -- might as well live in Manayunk since you can't walk to anything in Center City. Old City is very cool, but too expensive. Society Hill, Washington Square, Rittenhouse and most of the other neighborhood just north of South Street are way to expensive. Pennsport and Graduate Hospital have some nice places, but are very spotty on a block by block basis. What's left? Bella Vista and Queen Village! The roughly 60 square blocks from Front street to 11th and South to Washington is the place to be. Hip, centrally located, safe and affordable. Bella Vista is home to the Italian Market and annual festivals in the neighborhood include the Italian Market Festival and Bella Vista Festa. Arts and cultural events in Bella Vista are centered around public concerts, coffeehouses, Mew Gallery, and Fleischer Art Memorial. The apartment is on 11th street which wider and features pull-in parking and abundant parking spaces. Bus stops on 11th Street. Subway is only 3 blocks away. You are close to South St and Whole Foods, Rite Aid, CVS, Morning Glory and Sabrina's. Close to Thomas Jefferson, University of the Arts, Art Institute.
