Love the coffee time in lobby—my friend and I bring Monuts and have our favorite hot drinks. Thanks for the thoughtful setup! Paper towels helped as we forgot baapkins and made cleanup a breeze.

Love this building so far, very clean and organized. The welcome packet was extremely extensive (almost too much-- a little overwhelming) but thorough. The staff is also very helpful.

The amenities are very nice and the staff seem lovely. Unfortunately there are a few things which I am paying for that aren’t working - currently parking and internet - and each time I follow up on the status it feels like I’m being treated as a burden. But hopefully those things will be fixed soon.

The move-in process was smooth and friendly. All facilities are well-maintained, and the room is clean and spacious. The best thing I love about 810 is the club room facilities, meeting all kinds of needs, from sport, studying, social to grab some snacks.

The amenity is pretty good, and the leasing office is very supportive! The plug of the Bathtub was missing while I arriving, and they just get me a new one on the same day I told them this issue!

A beautiful building in the heart of Durham on Ninth Street. My apartment is gorgeous (especially the kitchen!) and I have a host of amazing bars, restaurants, coffee shops, local businesses at my stoorstep. Great amenities including pool and dog park. Office & maintenance staff are incredibly helpful. Definitely recommend.

810 Ninth Apartments are well maintained, up to date, and within walking distance to grocery stores, shops, banks, restaurants, etc. For someone without a car - this is the ideal apartment complex!

Comfortable, clean and solid apartments in a great location. The pool and common areas are good. Over 21s only means it's more peaceful than some other apartments. It's safe and secure, and the staff are very helpful.

Moved here from Europe & our experience at 810 has been great so far! Staff are great and location is excellent. Apartments are in very good condition and common areas are great too.

I moved to 810 because of the location. I can walk to shops, grocery stores, bank, etc. The apartment complex is well maintained, and I love my apartment. I have a corner apt with lots of light and a great balcony. Very happy with my choice.
This apartment is good enough to live in, but there are many things to be changed. First, the residents cannot use the community space for a long time because of the construction. We paid for those amenities, so we need to get a refund for some of the monthly fees. Also, residents are not satisfied that the copy machines are out of service of a long time. There is no coffee machine as it should be.

I love living here. The building always is so clean and smell good. I like we have the Amazon hub, is very useful. Another way, the gym has a good machines and always clean.

The clubhouse is under maintenance and I lost access to the coffee machine, the printer, the TV room and the office where I used to study. Also, my bike was stolen inside the building and I spotted a Drug Addict inside the garage. Had to call the police and I am now afraid to use the trash room. I want to move to a safer place.

Ownership has made the decision to create a place that offers ampl e refreshments and is appealing to all of those who may wish to work/study from home, as you have done in the past and potentially in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience that may be caused from the closure of the clubhouse space while conditions of use is limited/not available. We are working hard to move this process as quickly as possible. While 810 Ninth never assumes the lifestyles of others, we do agree that if you felt unsafe you reserve the right to contact local authorities to remove any potential trespasser. 810 Ninth has very nice amenities and apartments! The move in process was extremely smooth and the leasing / office team was extremely helpful with any questions or concerns that I had. Location is great with access to restaurants and grocery stores, but can be loud sometimes facing busy Ninth Street.

I've really enjoyed living (and working from home) at 810 Ninth! The facilities are orderly and cleanly, the leasing and maintenance staff are friendly and attentive, and issues get the appropriate amount of attention and are resolved in a timely manner. It's located in a very walkable part of Durham, and the pricing is relatively competitive with similar buildings around Durham.

810 Ninth is one of the best communities in Durham. I have never had any concerns regarding safety or comfort like friends in other apartment complexes sometimes do. The management and maintenance teams are always generous and easy to go talk to and I recommend everyone to consider living here, especially if they want to stay close to Duke.

810 is an awesome place to live in the 9th street area. It is close to everything yet still quiet enough during day and night that you can live in peace. The leasing staff is top notch and are always available for help. The amenities are in great shape as well. I love that the hallways are actually enclosed and not open air like the other 9th street apartments. It makes for a super comfortable living experience and I enjoy coming home everyday after school.
