About This Property

This is a single family NON-SMOKING home sitting on 3 acres. Two car garage as well as carport. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Kitchen and living room are large and open concept. Laundry room is off of kitchen. Living room has beautiful wood burning fireplace and ceiling fan. Master bedroom has ceiling fan and bathroom with clawfoot bathtub, shower, and his and her sinks and closets. Additional two bedrooms have ceiling fans and are on opposite side of the house with bathroom in between. Home also has enclosed back porch with large pool and deck in back yard. Pool is empty and covered. Hot tub that you see in photos is non-working and will be removed from back porch. This is a nice home and will be expected to stay clean and maintained. Landlords live next door and can help with outdoor maintenance if needed. Animals such as dogs and horses can be negotiated with additional deposit. Application process is online and very thorough.
