Just three blocks from two of Austin's most famous outdoor spaces, Butler Park and Auditorium Shores, this home is located in Bouldin, a quaint, historic, old-Austin neighborhood on the edge of the Art District just across Lady Bird Lake from Downtown. You'll love the access to everything Austin has to offer while enjoying Bouldin’s quiet, tree-lined streets and neighborhood feel! Walk to Barton Springs, Zilker, SoCo, South 1st, Auditorium Shores, and Downtown. Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find Barton Springs Road, Bulter Park with the skyline view Hill, Dougherty Arts Center, Long Performing Arts Center, Palmer Auditorium, and Peter Pan Mini Golf. Within a 10-minute walk are Alamo Draft House & Lamar Union, Ann & Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail, Auditorium Shores, Barton Springs 'Restaurant Row', Butler Pitch and Putt, Lady Bird Lake, South Lamar, South 1st Street, and Zach Scott Theater.
