Between Navarre and City Park Avenue, on the corner of Voisin and Vicksburg, this house is down the 1 1/2 blocks from Café Navarre and 1 block behind Delgado's baseball field. It is very close to I-10 and 610, in a very safe neighborhood with extra off duty police patrols. Monthly rent is $1,700 with a 1 yr. lease and a $1,700 deposit. This apartment is 1,100 sqft. and features: 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a large, updated kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, gas stove with range and a dishwasher. There are hardwood floors throughout except ceramic tile floor in the bathroom which has a refinished tub. The master bedroom features a large walk in closet and its own door to the bathroom. The floor plan is open with lots of windows (and mini blinds) and light where a spacious living area flows into a large kitchen which features a bar that divides the two. There is a washing machine and dryer in a separate laundry room with louver doors. The house has central air and heat and both bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans. There is a locked yard in the rear, accessible by a back deck, with 6 foot reed fencing for privacy; perfect for BBQs. We have a beautiful front and side lawn with garden and gray limestone in the backyard. Professional lawn care is provided. This apartment was heavily damaged from Hurricane Ida, so it has been updated with a new roof, new, painted interior walls and new energy saver windows throughout.
