The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tea station, pots, pans, utensils, knife set, cutting board, plates, bowls, cups, blender, toaster, trash bags, and dishwasher and laundry pods. Entertainment is provided by a 55” 4K smart TV in the living room with access to popular streaming platforms. The bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses and premium linens, and the spa-style bathrooms include high-pressure showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer. Garage parking is available for one mid-size SUV or smaller vehicle, and driveway parking is available for one vehicle. Pets are welcome with a fee of $19 per night (capped at $200 per stay) for one pet or $29 per night (capped at $300 per stay) for two pets. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee of $59 for 1 hour or $89 for 2 hours. A mid-stay cleaning reset is available for $200 for extended stays, which includes refresh cleaning, trash removal, and fresh linens. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Sustained noise over 80 dB for 5+ minutes triggers alerts, and repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted; unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. The primary guest must be 21 or older. Guests ages 18–20 may book a reservation with a one-time fee of $75. All guests 18 and older must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Undisclosed pets may result in additional charges or cancellation of your reservation. Noise over 90 dB sustained for 5+ minutes will trigger a violation.
