Also enjoy the convenience of fast Wi-Fi (300+ Mbps), self-check-in via smart lock, and an in-unit washer and dryer with starter detergent provided. Entertainment is provided by a 55” 4K smart TV in the living room with access to popular streaming platforms (guests may log in with their own accounts). The bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses and premium linens, and the spa-style bathrooms include high-pressure showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer. Parking is available with a 1-vehicle garage capacity and 1-vehicle driveway parking. Mid-size SUVs or smaller are recommended for the garage. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee of $59 for 1 hour or $89 for 2 hours. Sustained noise over 80 dB for 5+ minutes triggers alerts, and repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted; unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. The primary guest must be 21 years old or older. Guests ages 18–20 may book a reservation with a one-time fee of $49. All guests 18 and older must provide identification prior to check-in.
