The primary bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom can be used as a bedroom/office. The loft is an open space with a small futon couch that can turn into a bed and a Peloton. There is a full bathroom off the hallway. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and all kitchen amenities with a small table and chairs for 2. There is an in unit washer and dryer. The living room has a 50" smart TV. There is a balcony with a couch and chairs and guest ready flower pots in summer. During the winter months, furniture needs to be stored due to weather. *There is a wood burning fireplace that is not usable.* 50" Samsung TV connected to Apple TV. No cable. Use of your own platforms, streaming accessible with own login for any media platforms, ie Netflix, HBO, Hulu, etc. This is a walkable village 8 miles North of Boulder and 4 miles South of Longmont. You can find a community market, restaurants, a bike shop, and brewery, all in walking distance, as well as open space walking and biking trails. Additional Fees: Application Fee: $41.00 per person over the age of 21 staying in the home. $300.00 Cleaning fee Additional Cleaning fees may apply at move out for excessive cleaning; receipts will be provided to tenant. Utility Caps are based on size of the home: 1x1-$175.00 a month 2x2-$200.00 a month 3x2 or larger-$300-500 a month. Zoned for 4 Occupants 1.
