Spacious 2 bedroom loft apartment right in the heart of Center City and Washington Square! Corner unit with 30 feet high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows throughout, exposed brick, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, hardwood floors, in-unit washer/dryer, central heat/air-conditioning. Equal size bedrooms great for roommates or a home office. Large bathroom with double vanity, shower, and tub. ~700 square feet. Close to everything: Across the street from Jefferson University/Hospital and the new Penn Medicine outpatient building. 1 block from Washington Square Park, 2 Blocks from Pennsylvania Hospital, Independence Hall, DiBruno Bros, and the Market-Frankford line and PATCO stations. Easy walking distance to Whole Foods, Philly Sports Club, ACME, old city, and much more! Street parking is available with an inexpensive permit and there are several monthly lots/garages next door and within 1-2 blocks. We park in a lot and its been very easy and cheaper than much of the rest of center city. We bought a house and are moving out, otherwise we would stay. This apartment has been a great home. Renter will take over for a 6 month lease (end of June) with the option to renew. Rent will stay the same for 1 year after renting the apartment! Rent is $2095 per month. Rental application is $95. If you move in, we'll refund you the application fee! After approval, there is a $500 security deposit (refunded when you move out) and first and last months rent due for move in. Apartment available beginning the second week in January. Pearl properties is the management company. They have been great for us: easy to work with, great maintenance staff that fix whatever you need very quickly, friendly management company (they even have free happy hours!)
