The home has an open modern feel offering 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. 1st floor- fully stocked kitchen, living room with a sleeper sofa, and half bath. 2nd floor- Master bedroom with queen bed, full bath, large walk in closet with washer & dryer. 3rd floor- Additional bedroom with full size daybed/lounging space with a covered terrace. The home is very bright, open and tall using multiple floors to segregate rooms rather than walls. It features 2 nice outdoor sitting areas with grass walls and hanging lights. The sleeper sofa on the first floor is good to sleep 1-2 people or kids. You have a queen bed on the second floor in the master along with the full bathroom. The third floor is used as an additional lounging area / bedroom with a full size daybed that can sleep another 1-2 people. The terrace is also accessed by the top floor and has seating to enjoy an evening glass of wine or your morning coffee on. The property is brand new and just finished construction in Oct of 2023. We provide Roku smart TVs with several streaming apps downloaded but guests will need their login info to stream from their own account. We do not provide a cable tv service. Free private parking is provided at the rear of the townhouses and it is NOT assigned parking, so you may park in any of the spaces. There is also free street parking in front of the homes. We provide a Keurig coffee maker and an initial bundle of pods along with a typical drip coffee maker. The property is located in the historic 4th and Gill neighborhood. Enjoy looking at the beautiful late 1800’s - early 1900’s architecture as you walk to some nearby breweries, coffee & donut shops, and restaurants. This home is conveniently located with quick access to the interstate and downtown. It’s just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown but still in the mix of everything Knoxville has to offer. Some notable locations and distances are as follows: Yee-Haw brewing, Xul beer company, Crafty bastard brewing, Barrelhouse by Gypsy circus, Next level brew company, Ale’ rays gastropub & restaurant, Partial coffee and wine bar are all less than a 10 minute walk. The donut shop, Magpies bakery, Paysan bread and bagels, Schulz Bräu brewing and the old city which is full of nightlife and restaurants is about 15-20 min walk or a very short Uber. Knoxville civic auditorium- 1.1 miles Gay street downtown - 1.1 miles Market square - 1.2 miles Tennessee theatre - 1.3 miles Bijou Theatre - 1.4 miles Neyland stadium and UT campus is 2.4 miles UT medical center is a 10 minute drive Im full of recommendations so don’t hesitate to ask!
