The condo features a comfortable 1st-floor setting on a quiet residential street, perfect for long-term or short-term stays with a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a screened porch for dining and relaxing. The kitchen boasts brand new cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and refrigerator with an ice maker, along with complimentary snacks and beverages. A full-size washer and dryer are included inside the condo, along with a desk, Wi-Fi, a small stereo CD player with a place for your iPod or MP3 player, and a large flat-screen television in the living room that streams Netflix and Hulu, plus a flatscreen TV in the bedroom. We are a dog-friendly home with a non-refundable fee of $59 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Dogs must be registered, and if not, a charge of $120 per dog will apply. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bed, and additional fees will be charged for any hair, stains, damage, or waste found. Onsite parking is available for your convenience. Located just 1.5 miles from Uptown, you'll be able to walk to 3 parks, two full-service grocery stores, over 40 restaurants, massage studios, coffee shops, art galleries, consignment stores, neighborhood pubs, and other amenities along wide sidewalks under huge willow oak trees. Within a couple of blocks are many dining options, including a sushi restaurant, one of the best Italian restaurants in Charlotte, a coffee shop, yoga studio, several neighborhood pubs, a popular breakfast spot, a full-service grocery store, and a park with a tennis court. Scenic Latta Park is just a few blocks away with a woodland trail along a small stream. A transit stop half a block away provides bus service directly to Uptown and SouthPark every 15-20 minutes, and the Lynx Blue Line light rail is only a 15-minute walk away, with trains going directly Uptown in 10 minutes. Carolinas Medical Center is 4 minutes away by car or an easy 15-20 minute walk. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided, as there is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
