Great space for Tradesmen; electricians, plumbers, cabinet makers, contractors and established businesses. 1600 Square Feet available in warehouse space. Garage door is approximately 7 ft tall by 8 ft wide. But can use the other garage door that is over 9 feet for bigger vehicles and boats/ trailers. No vehicles mechanics or oil changes allowed. There's no drain in floor. Heat for the building is kept at 50 degrees. Any higher heat that you require for winter term is would be additional cost. If renting for a business then only established business that can show supporting paperwork, strong financials and good credit, with clean background will be considered. If renting a space for vehicle storage then proof of registration, identification and insurance required. Building is zoned light industrial. Located off Mineral Spring Avenue and Main Street in Pawtucket. Security cameras and working businesses already there. Please do not go onto the property without me.
