1st and 2nd floor units for rent in a lovely well maintained 3 apartment home. Tucked away nicely in the center of town ~in a quiet neighborhood of houses on the Great Western trail (which will soon have a connection to the Prairie Path nearby). Feel the charm of living in this part of town in what feels like a house rather than an apartment complex. The apartments are full of character. They are very clean and include new dishwashers and glass shower doors, control your own heat and central air. Wood floors and paint were refreshed. This is the ultimate walking location in Villa Park… around the corner from jewel, walk to the train, library, restaurants and bars. One parking spot included per unit. Both of these apartments would be incredible for a work at home situation with all of the extra rooms they have. 1st floor has kitchen, dining room, living room, a front room (full of windows) and also a back room, bedroom, and one very nice bathroom. There are many ways to use the extra space whether you need an office, a workout area, space for creating -an artists studio, use a room as a walk in closet etc. The second floor unit has the same layout without the front room, but it has an entry area with a built in storage closet which is very nice. Still finishing up final details and paint touch ups -so we don’t have photos yet but will be showing soon. Move in dates are flexible if you are looking for asap we could wrap it up right away or January 1st or later for the right person. Good credit, appropriate income, deposit plus first/last month required. First floor is $1850 per month. Second floor is $1750 per month. Let us know your situation and Happy Holidays! :)
