Available 1/1/2017. Residence constructed in 1977. Upstairs is 960 sq feet with an additional 300 sq feet finished downstairs. New carpet will be installed in the living room prior to renter moving in. Pets will be considered but property is not fenced in. Two car detached garage with electric openers. Surrounding the property are an abundance of trees that provide privacy. Approximately 1/2 acre of land. Renter will be required to complete a credit/background check and provide two references. I will be flexible regarding the term lease, I'm willing to go as short as 6 months. Upstairs consists of hardwood in two bedrooms and the other has carpet. Finished downstairs is wood laminate which makes it very durable. All applicances will convey (washer, dryer, fridge, stove, microwave). Oil heat, city water, utilities not included.
