The back gate opens onto a variety of dining options and local attractions such as water parks, an alligator farm, and airboat rides. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park between the driveway and the street. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes, and violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
