The bathrooms have a shower/bath combo, fresh towels, essential toiletries, ample mirror space, and bright lighting. Dedicated parking is available, and additional parking options are available nearby. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation canceled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 Nights: additional $25/night, 8-29 Nights: additional $200, 30+ Nights: additional $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. If you are bringing a pet(s) without prior notification, there will be a fine of $500 if discovered, no exceptions. If the noise monitors installed in our units are tampered with, there will be a fee.
