The (retired) owner lives next door, but the property is professionally maintained by one of the top small management companies in Maine. The property is available on or before August 1. Tenant pays for electricity, water and snow removal. Move-in requires first and last month's rent and a one-month security deposit. Flexible leases are a possibility. Good credit and at least 3x verifiable income are a must.
