- Lovely Townhome with Fenced Back Patio Area! - As you enter this lovely end-unit townhome, you'll notice the plush carpets in the living room and the fireplace, which is for decoration only. Proceed down the hallway to the kitchen and dining nook, both fitted with rich dark-colored wide plank luxury vinyl. The kitchen has a convenient passthrough into the dining room and is complete with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and range. Through the dining room, you will access the quaint fenced-in back patio area. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom connects to the bathroom and has a large closet. In the basement, you'll find a small area with a washer and dryer, as well as a third bedroom and full bathroom. The entire basement also has wide plank luxury vinyl floors. This home is heated with electric baseboards and cooled through a wall-mounted A/C. There is open permit parking at the complex. Tons of great restaurants and independent shops nearby in Old Towne Arvada. Live just a couple blocks away from the Ralston Creek Trail and Hoskinson Park. Enjoy trails, splash/spray park, sand volleyball, playgrounds, picnic tables and shelters at Ralston-Central Park.
