About This Property
Welcome to apartment 3C ? a spacious 2 bedroom, with lots of natural light, hardwood floors and A/C in every room. Since we?re relocating to a different country there?s plenty of stuff we?ll be happy to give (for free) to the next tenant: 4-door closet, sofa, recliner, fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, pantry supplies, cleaning supplies, electric cattle, 2 slice bread/bagel toaster, etc.), standing coat rack, and more. Location is one of the most important features when looking for an apartment, and nothing beats this: 2-3 minutes walk from the M and L lines (15 minutes to Manhattan), huge supermarket literally across the street, 3-4 minutes walk to CVS, Duane Reade, McDonalds, Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, banks and several gyms (on top of the in-building gym). There are multiple restaurants, cafes, and department stores within a 5 minute radius, and the neighborhood is super safe. The building staff is very friendly and responsive to all, and most tenants are young professionals. We?re sure you?ll love this place as much as we did!

Live like royalty in the borough that has some of the best cuisine, entertainment, and attractions in the city. Queens is a sprawling New York City borough, covering 109 square miles — the most land of all the city’s boroughs.
If you’re looking for a borough where you can get a little more bang for your buck, Queens has a much lower cost of living compared to Manhattan — by more than 56 percent. Groceries, entertainment, and even transportation costs are lower in Queens, making it an attractive borough for those who want to enjoy everything New York City has to offer, but at a lower price tag.
Like most of NYC, getting around Queens is a breeze. There are more than 80 rail stations, and the borough is extremely walkable and bike-friendly. It’s also home to John F. Kennedy International Airport and LaGuardia Airport. For those with cars, Queens provides easy access to I-678, I-495, and I-295.
When you live in Queens, you aren’t in a concrete jungle.
