Early check-in requests may be accommodated but are not guaranteed. Check-out is by 11 am P.S.T. Guests are asked to assist with cleaning by starting the washer and dishwasher, removing food from the refrigerator, and disposing of garbage and recycling. All properties are non-smoking, with fines of $250 for violations. The minimum age to rent is 25, and no pets are allowed. Building amenities may occasionally be down for service, and there is no Wi-Fi in common areas. No furniture is to be added or removed without written approval.
