This is a short term lease, with the option to renew the lease for an additional year at signing. The current lease ends 7/30/2018. Move-in date is flexible, but a week's notice would be ideal. The Apartment: -Two bedrooms, 1 bathroom. 1000 square feet. New carpet as of July 2017 throughout. There is a wall A.C. unit, along with individual heat controls for each room. A corner unit on the second floor of a four unit building. - The entry leads into a large living room, with plenty of room for an entertainment center and furniture, and a coat closet right in front of you. - Dining room is next to a patio, with a brand new door, which seals very well. Patio can easily hold a small table. - Kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances as of July 2017. At the end is a pantry with storage and a washer and dryer. - Two well sized bedrooms. The master has enough room for a queen bedroom set. Also contains a spacious walk in closet. Second bedroom can function as a second bedroom or as an office, etc. Other Amenities: - Complex is very pet friendly. No weight limit on dogs, though there are some breed restrictions. The rent includes the pet fee. There are also dog waste stations across the complex and ample walkways for your pet. - The unit also comes with a garage. The garage is large enough for one car, plus storage. In addition, you get a parking pass for the parking lot, so you get parking for two cars included. - Gym membership: they will reimburse you for a membership for Planet Fitness, which is literally across the street (3 minute walk from our building) - Location is ideal for shopping and transit. The 14 and 15 buses will take you directly downtown, and stop next to the complex. There is a movie theater across the street. Within a 5-10 minute walk of the Princeton Club, Target, a 24-7 Walgreens, Metcalfes, West Towne Mall, Best Buy, Nordstrom Rack, and more.
