Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability, and may include a small additional fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each extra guest. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances. Smoking or vaping inside the unit will result in a $500 deep cleaning fee. Check-out time is 10 AM, and unauthorized late checkouts will incur a $100 fee. If unauthorized checkout is later than 11:00 AM, an extra $200 fee per hour will be charged. Parking is available for up to 3 cars, with 1 inside the garage and 2 in the driveway. No street parking is available.
