Government-issued photo ID and a completed application for each adult (18+) who will live in the home. Lease terms. 12-month lease; $2000 security deposit (held in an interest-bearing DC escrow account). One pet per home welcome (refundable pet deposit + pet rent within DC limits); assistance animals are not pets and are always accommodated. No smoking. Renter's insurance required.
