Free washer and dryer on-site and lots of off-street parking and storage space. There's even extra, private storage space and mini-fridges available upon request. The backyard is fully fenced, there's a doggie door, and pets are welcome! (1 PET PER PERSON, PER ROOM.) Safe, quiet neighborhood, three blocks from Lake Loveland, Memorial Park, and walking distance to downtown. We are a household that promotes friendship and acceptance through intentional community living. Our rooms are part of a community-centered living space where all members of the household share in the responsibilities of the home. Our house features a household supporter that, and in addition to providing fully-furnished common areas, also provides all general cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and assorted other household products and appliances that are available for all house members to use.
