Best neighborhood in Salt Lake City: the notorious Ninth and Ninth District: near downtown but far enough that you're not in it. Great location with off-street parking, on-site coin-less laundry, BBQ area and privacy. Great for pets.

Beautiful & light filled (lots of windows!) very large one-bedroom apartment (850 sq. ft!). Apartment is on the second level floor (upper right unit in the picture) and is in a quiet fourplex with nice backyard with a front door and a back door to the backyard (great for pets!) with a lawn, patio area, and peace and quiet. These pictures didn't turn out the best, but this is a classy, beautiful apartment with no ugliness. TONS OF CLOSET SPACE!!!! Two separate hanging closets, and the hallway has a built-in cabinet and set of drawers. Very large living and dining room area, which is great for entertaining. Kitchen has oak cabinets, granite tile counters, and a nice clean & 1yr old refrigerator comes with the unit, dishwasher as well. Bathroom was remodeled in 2008 with a tiled tub/shower and pedestal sink. Half of a shared garage space where you can store your stuff and save on off-site storage fees. Unit comes with one off-street parking space. Unit has a new window mounted AC unit and has central heat. One block walk to 9th/9th district with local coffee shop, yoga studio, restaurants, Smith's grocery, liberty park, etc. Awesome location because you can walk everywhere and save gas!:) Water, trash, sewer are included. Electricity and gas is split 50/50 between you and the owner. . Two washers/dryers are in the building and laundry. Monthly Wi-Fi Internet/Laundry Fee is included in the rent. Pets are allowed ($150 non-refundable per pet fee). Security deposit $1750 ($1500 refundable). Must have good background and great credit.
