Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Guests are encouraged to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors. Be considerate of neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum during quiet hours. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. No fireworks of any kind are permitted. No firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes; violations may result in towing or fines. The maximum occupancy for this apartment is 8 guests. The home is not baby-proofed. Written notification and host approval are required for pets. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless agreed upon in writing. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Guests must take out the trash upon departure and report any damages immediately.
