Feel at home in this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath Kissimmee retreat, designed to accommodate up to eight guests. This apartment overlooks the Reunion Golf Course and is just minutes from Orlando’s top attractions. This apartment features a private covered balcony with furnished seating and golf course views, perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The open living area offers plush seating and a TV for entertainment. A full kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, along with all essentials for meal preparation. A spacious dining table is nearby for gatherings. For convenience, a washer and dryer are provided, along with fresh towels, bed linens, and essential toiletries. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit. Enjoy access to a shared heated pool and a fully equipped gym. Free on-site parking is available for up to two vehicles in the parking lot, with parking passes provided by gate security. Pets are welcome with a written notification and host approval, allowing one house-trained dog (breed and weight must be specified), and a pet fee is applied. A non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100) is available for reservations of two nights or more, covering accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community, ideal for strolls around the golf courses. Beyond the back gate, you'll find a variety of restaurants, alligator farms, airboat rides, and water parks. The resort is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am. Be considerate while socializing outdoors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Violations may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes, and violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Check-out time is 10 am, and staying beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. No fireworks of any kind are permitted. No firearms are allowed on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must follow additional guidelines posted within the home, take out the trash, and report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any rules.
