Escape to this stunning villa in Reunion Resort and feel at home. This spacious villa features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. This villa offers a spacious living area, a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, indoor and outdoor dining areas, outdoor furniture, a private theater, and a game room with a pool table and video/arcade games. A free washer and dryer are included for your convenience. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate the set-up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. Propane for the grill is provided by the guests. There is a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay, but we cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival. Located in the fun-filled luxury gated community of Reunion Resort, you can enjoy a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Just outside the back gate, you will find a variety of restaurants, alligator farms, airboat rides, water parks, and other places of enjoyment. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 10 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. Parking passes will be issued by the gate security guard when you enter the community. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
