Some additional features are: an eat-in kitchen; full living room, dishwasher; under-mounted sink with sprayer; granite counter-tops; recessed, dimmer-controlled lighting; black out shades in each bedroom; exposed brick; adjustable massaging shower head; lots of USB ports at each bed side table .
