The apartment is nicely renovated and includes basic, modern furnishings: 2 queen-sized beds, desks, dressers, and night tables, full living room and kitchen furniture, large screen tv with Roku and dvd player, pillows, linen (towels, sheets, and comforters), basic kitchen utensils, cookware and dishware, and a coffeemaker. Some additional features are: an eat-in kitchen; full living room, dishwasher; under-mounted sink with sprayer; granite counter-tops; recessed, dimmer-controlled lighting; black out shades in each bedroom; exposed brick; adjustable massaging shower head; lots of USB ports at each bed side table .
