Then, consider this fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment available in the Journal Square section of Jersey City. This rate is for the entire apartment! This is NOT a share in someone else's apartment! This is not a sublease of someone else's junky apartment furnishings either! This is a rental intended for travelers here for business, school, internships, or short-term stays that are too long to justify an expensive hotel, but too short to justify renting an apartment for a whole year. Jersey City is just as convenient to Manhattan as Brooklyn or Queens and much more affordable. This apartment is a short 7-10 minute walk to the PATH train, and only a 10 min ride to WTC and 20 mins to 34th Street. Located on the Third Floor of a 4-story walk-up, the apartment faces the rear of the building, and is very quiet and receives good sunlight. The apartment is nicely renovated and includes basic, modern furnishings: 2 queen-sized beds, desks, dressers, and night tables, full living room and kitchen furniture, large screen tv with Roku and dvd player, pillows, linen (towels, sheets, and comforters), basic kitchen utensils, cookware and dishware, and a coffeemaker. Some additional features are: an eat-in kitchen; full living room, dishwasher; under-mounted sink with sprayer; granite counter-tops; recessed, dimmer-controlled lighting; black out shades in each bedroom; exposed brick; adjustable massaging shower head; lots of USB ports at each bed side table . All utilities included: heat, air conditioning, hot water, gas, electricity, and WI-FI Internet. Street parking is a challenge, but available. There are also two parking facilities within walking distance with reasonable monthly rates. No laundry on site, but you will be less than 1 block from a good laundromat, supermarket, convenience stores, dining, and other local shopping. The lease is a minimum of 30 days, but can also be for up to 1 year. This apartment can accommodate 1-2 people. Sorry, no pets or smokers.
