While there may be some daytime noise, it is unlikely to interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria. Check-in information is sent via email and text message 7 days before arrival, with check-in starting at 4 pm P.S.T. Early check-in requests may be accommodated but are not guaranteed. Check-out is by 11 am P.S.T., and guests are asked to start the washer with towels, run the dishwasher, remove all food items from the refrigerator, and dispose of garbage and recycling. All properties are non-smoking, with fines of $250 for violations. The minimum age to rent is 25, and no pets are allowed. Building amenities may occasionally be down for service, and there is no Wi-Fi in common areas. No furniture is to be added or removed without written approval.
