Nice townhomes

Right across from some construction company. I often hear a lot of trucks throughout the day and night. My unit has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, attached garage and a decent from and back area. Cable plugs in every room. Washer/dryer hookup in the downstairs bathroom. A front closet and linen closet, dishwasher and huge counter space. The rooms are a decent size. Central air. There is a small park for the kids. 94 near by. Resident pays all utilities and it's a tax credit unit. I actually like my unit. Dont like the woman who stays across from me with all the traffic she has all day long. People park in front of my unit (which I dont like) because there is NO other parking. This is supposed to be a smoke free area, but I often see the woman across from me and her company smoking in front of her unit a lot. People dont clean up after their dogs. Nothing really in walking distance. Its decent here(minus the neighbors)
