The resort is set within a gated community and monitored by 24/7 on-site security, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment throughout your stay. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit for one house-trained dog, and written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am.
