About This Property

$3500 - Ocean View 1 BR, 1.5 BA in Playa del Rey, ±625 sq ft plus 215 sq ft garage Living room and kitchen have large windows and 12' high ceilings with sweeping ocean views and abundant natural light. The spacious kitchen has high-end stainless steel appliances (oversized fridge, gas range with grill, dishwasher) and lots of cupboard space. A large hall with cabinets and storage area transitions from the living room to the bedroom and main bathroom. This bath features an extra-deep soaker tub with shower and sub-floor heating. The half bath is accessible from both inside and outside doors and is adjacent to an outside shower w/hot and cold water - perfect for sandy beach goers. Laundry room has newer washer and dryer, and a built-in ironing board. Bedroom has a door to the garage. 2 parking spaces are included; one in the private garage with remote control door, the other is on the driveway. Garage interior is drywalled and can be used as an office. Fenced backyard also has ocean views. Apartment is the downstairs floor of a modern house in a residential neighborhood. Gas and DWP utility bills are split with upstairs occupant (divided per person). Any other services (internet, cable, phone, etc.) are the responsibility of the tenant. Walk to Playa del Rey beach just .3 miles away; restaurants and shopping are even closer. Otis School of Art is 1.8 miles, Loyola Marymount 2.3 miles, LAX 3.2 miles. Minimum 1-year lease. Sorry, no pets, no smoking or vaping on the premises - no exceptions. There is a non-refundable $50 fee for application processing and credit/background check - each adult tenant must be vetted. If approved, move-in fees include 1st month’s rent $3500 (may be pro-rated), a refundable $3500 security deposit and a refundable $75 deposit for garage opener and keys.
