About This Property
Finally available for showing... we listed this last month to get early leads but could not show it until now because it was still occupied. Beautiful home ready to move in. Basement and attic are unfinished but clean and dry. Mud room. New fridge. A couple of blocks from main street. Current tenants created raised organic gardening beds ready to plant in the spring. There is a limit of one family as tenants here. We are a family that owns that place. We are very responsive to tenant needs and flexible, but expect tenants to be good caretakers of the home. It is very important to us. Tenant pay for gas, electric, lawn, and snow removal. Email for the link to a video walk through. Photos coming soon. Showings by appointment only.
