We are currently looking for a group of 5 mature UNL students that maybe wants to live off campus but still close enough to bike or walk to class. This is one of the larger houses in the North Bottoms with a fenced in yard a detached garage for extra free storage for bicycles or scooters. House has free WIFI, free laundry, free off-street parking. Electric, Gas, Water, Trash, WIFI, lawn care, are all included in the rent. With a group of 5 this works out to be $720/mo. each for your total housing and parking costs.
