This home features two large living areas, one with a cinema-style set-up for movie nights and the other with a game console for friendly competition. Step outside to the private pool and hot tub, where you can cool off or unwind under the Florida sky. A patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill makes casual al fresco meals easy. A full kitchen provides everything needed for group meals, from quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners, and a spacious dining table sits nearby. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays, keeping wardrobes fresh without extra trips. Each bathroom is supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room includes enough detergent pods for up to two loads, and the kitchen is equipped with a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, a sponge, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Free parking is available, with space for up to two vehicles in the driveway. A private entrance adds convenience. Shared resort amenities such as a gym may be available, depending on resort access. A car is recommended to explore Orlando’s attractions, as Reunion Resort is conveniently located near I-4, providing easy access to Disney, Universal, and Orlando International Airport. This is a self-catering home, and guests are responsible for refilling supplies during their stay. If anything is missing upon check-in, guests should report it immediately for restocking. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. The community is a luxury gated community secured by a 24-hour security guard. This home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The garage is off limits for parking. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage; parking on the grass or alongside streets parallel to another vehicle is prohibited. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community, and violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Guests are encouraged to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure and report any damages immediately. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence; the property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests should pack sunscreen and bug spray. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather, using the pool is not advised. After it rains, some debris may wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
