All are welcome to come check the place out! Rent is $450 a month + utilities, comes out to about $500 a month altogether. One of the safest neighborhood close to CMU and Pitt. A very large room for the price. The room is available till July end or August mid 2016. This is a well maintained house - Pitt -- UPMC graduate/ PhD and Masters residents in house / maintaining a quiet, work and space respectful environment. Wood flooring throughout. Landlord is also a nice person. Perks: Only 3/4 mile to CMU, 1 mile to Pitt. On next street to Chipotle, Pizza, bank House is located 2 mins from the 24hrs Getgo Giant Eagle Large windows throughout. Major food joints very close
