Our pool heat fee is $45 per day, and a minimum of two days' notice is needed to request pool heat before your arrival. Additional activities like tennis and mini-golf are available for purchase. Only guests 25 years or older are allowed unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are permitted, and only registered guests can stay overnight. Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited, and discovery of usage may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home.
