Enjoy the private heated pool and spa area for an additional fee of $35 per day, with a week's notice required to arrange heating. A pet fee is required for one house-trained dog, with breed and weight specification needed. Situated in the heart of Reunion Resort, Kissimmee, this villa is close to theme parks, shopping, and local attractions while enjoying a tranquil, resort-style setting. You'll have access to Reunion Resort’s championship golf courses, dining venues, and family-friendly activities, as well as proximity to the resort’s pools, water parks, and entertainment options. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Late departures can disrupt cleaning schedules and future reservations, and may result in a fee of up to $300. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence.
